備課中我不僅備學生而且備教材備教法，根據(jù)教材內容及學生的實際，設計課的類型，擬定采用的教學方法，并對教學過程的程序及時間安排都作了詳細的記錄，認真寫好教案。每一課都做到“有備而來”，每堂課都在課前做好充分的準備，并制作各種利于吸引學生注意力的有趣教具，課后及時對該課作出總結，寫好教學后記，并認真按搜集每課書的知識要點，歸納成集。

二、努力增強我的上課技能。

提高教學質量，使講解清晰化，條理化，準確化，條理化，準確化，情感化，生動化，做到線索清晰，層次分明，言簡意賅，深入淺出。

在課堂上特別注意調動學生的積極性，加強師生交流，充分體現(xiàn)學生的主作用，讓學生學得容易，學得輕松，學得愉快；注意精講精練，在課堂上老師講得盡量少，學生動口動手動腦盡量多；同時在每一堂課上都充分考慮每一個層次的學生學習需求和學習能力，讓各個層次的學生都得到提高。現(xiàn)在學生普遍反映喜歡上英語課，就連以前極討厭英語的學生都樂于上課了。

三、與同事交流，虛心請教其他老師。

在教學上，有疑必問。在各個章節(jié)的學習上都積極征求其他老師的意見，學習他們的方法，同時，多聽老師的課，做到邊聽邊講，學習別人的優(yōu)點，克服自己的不足，并常常邀請其他老師來聽課，征求他們的意見，改進工作。

四、完善批改作業(yè)。

布置作業(yè)做到精讀精練。有針對性，有層次性。為了做到這點，我常常到各大書店去搜集資料，對各種輔助資料進行篩選，力求每一次練習都起到最大的效果。同時對學生的作業(yè)批改及時、認真，分析并記錄學生的作業(yè)情況，將他們在作業(yè)過程出現(xiàn)的問題作出分類總結，進行透切的評講，并針對有關情況及時改進教學方法，做到有的放矢。

五、做好課后輔導工作，注意分層教學。

在課后，為不同層次的學生進行相應的輔導，以滿足不同層次的學生的需求，避免了一刀切的弊端，同時加大了后進生的輔導力度。對后進生的輔導，并不限于學習知識性的輔導，更重要的是學*的輔導，要提高后進生的成績，首先要解決他們心結，讓他們意識到學習的重要性和必要性，使之對學習萌發(fā)興趣。要通過各種途徑激發(fā)他們的求知欲和上進心，讓他們意識到學習并不是一項任務，也不是一件痛苦的事情。而是充滿樂趣的。

從而自覺的把身心投放到學習中去。這樣，后進生的轉化，就由原來的簡單粗暴、強制學習轉化到自覺的求知上來。使學習成為他們自我意識力度一部分。在此基礎上，再教給他們學習的方法，提高他們的技能。并認真細致地做好查漏補缺工作。后進生通常存在很多知識斷層，這些都是后進生轉化過程中的拌腳石，在做好后進生的轉化工作時，要特別注意給他們補課，把他們以前學習的知識斷層補充完整，這樣，他們就會學得輕松，進步也快，興趣和求知欲也會隨之增加。

六、積極推進素質教育。

新課改提了的，要以提高學生素質教育為主導思想，為此，我在教學工作中并非只是傳授知識，而是注意了學生能力的培養(yǎng)，把傳授知識、技能和發(fā)展智力、能力結合起來，在知識層面上注入了思想情感教育的因素，發(fā)揮學生的創(chuàng)新意識和創(chuàng)新能力。讓學生的各種素質都得到有效的發(fā)展和培養(yǎng)。

二、教學反思的一般內容

教學反思是指教師把自己的課堂教學實踐，作為認識對象而進行全面深入的思考和總結，從而進入更優(yōu)化的教學狀態(tài)。對教學過程后的反復研究是提高教學效益的重要途徑，又是教師積累教學經驗的有效方法。不斷進行教學反思，可以獲得寶貴的經驗、教訓。及時發(fā)現(xiàn)新問題，不斷提升教學實踐的合理性，是成為專家型教師一種有效的方式和途徑。筆者綜合幾年課堂教學實踐反思的經驗，將教學反思的內容界定為兩種：反思教學理念與反思教學方法。

反思教學理念。每一位教師的教學行為都是受一定的教學理念支配的。沒有科學的教學理念，就沒有科學的教學行為，而教學理念是隨著時代的發(fā)展而變化的，它是與時俱進的。如果我們的教學理念落后了，那必將使得我們教學方法和手段的落后。所以，在新課程背景下英語教師首先要對自己的教學理念進行反思，找出差距和不足，時時更新自己的教學理念。

反思教學方法。教師在一定的教學理論和學科專業(yè)知識基礎上，還要對相應的課堂教學方法來進行反思。如選擇了哪些教學方法進行教學？教學過程是否合理，是否達到預期的目標？如何營造寬松、民主、*等和諧的課堂氣氛，同時做到“治而不亂，秩序井然”就成為我們教師值得反思的一個問題。因此，反思自己的教學方法是否能夠體現(xiàn)自己的教學理念，是否能夠落實教學目標是我們教師應該認真反思的又一重要內容。

三、教學反思的實踐

教學反思應與教科研相結合。教學實踐是教學案例、教學理論取之不竭的源泉。教學反思來自于教學實踐，又服務于課堂教學，是教科研的重點。教師要把教學反思和教學案例、課題研究結合起來，這樣使課堂教學更具有科學性和藝術性，更好地構建符合時代要求的課堂教學方式。

做好教學后記與反思隨筆。教師除了完成教學任務外，應及時回顧和總結每一節(jié)課的心得體會，寫好教學后記，以便重新審視自己的教學行為。

教學后記包括：

1.記錄學生困惑，建立教學備忘錄

反思隨筆可以寫出教學的不足，記錄教師對教學靈感的思考，還可以寫課堂上遇到棘手問題的處理辦法。寫反思隨筆有助于培養(yǎng)教師的問題意識，提高教學科研的主動性和積極性。課堂教學過程中，如何使課堂教學更富有實效性,也是經常困擾我們的問題。因此，教師要在課后及時記錄課堂教學情況，從課堂結構、教學方法、語言表達、板書設計、學生情況、教學效果等各方面，客觀、公正評價自己的得失。

四、教學反思應注意的幾個“是否”

1.是否真正“溝通”和“合作”

葉瀾教授曾提出：“人類的教育活動起源于交往”,“沒有溝通就不可能有教學”。教學過程是師生交往、共同發(fā)展的過程。教師不再是特權式人物，而是與學生*起*坐的一員；教學是教師與學生彼此敞開心扉、相互接納的對話過程。在成功的教學過程中，師生應形成一個“學習共同體”。

2.是否創(chuàng)造性地使用了教材

教材，歷來被作為課程之本。而在新的課程理念下，教材的首要功能只是作為教與學的一種重要資源，但不是唯一的資源，它不再是完成教學活動的權威文本，而是以一種參考提示的性質出現(xiàn)。同時，教師不僅是教材的使用者，也是教材的建設者。因為本次課程改革中的一些理念仍具有實驗性質，有待在實踐中進一步檢驗、發(fā)展和完善。

3.是否適應學生的個性差異

學生的個性差異是客觀存在的。成功的教育者，必須根據(jù)學生的個性特長，因材施教，因人施教，因類施教，充分發(fā)揮學生的個性特長，讓每一個學生都有施展才能的機會。因此，無論是情境的創(chuàng)設還是內容的呈現(xiàn)，無論是問題的設置，還是釋疑解惑，都應該“為了一切學生”，因為教育的最大使命就是尊重學生的個性差異，促進全體學生的發(fā)展。

4.教學過程是否存在“偽探究”

一些英語教師往往把要討論的問題只表現(xiàn)在問題的探究的表面上，在小組討論中，教師拋出一個問題，幾個學生立即圍成一團討論，不管問題的價值是否有討論的必要，待幾分鐘后，教師一聲擊掌，學生的討論戛然而止，再由小組中的優(yōu)等生發(fā)言。至于其他學生，尤其是學習有困難的學生，在討論時是否真正心到神到？是否真正學會了應該學會的方法、技能、知識往往并不被關心。這種“神散形未散”的“偽探究”其實掩蓋了個性之間的差異，甚至會剝奪部分學生的獨立思考、發(fā)言的權利。
